- “Some subjects can invite a flame war. Be careful discussing things where emotions run high (e.g. politics and religion) and show respect for others’ opinions.” There may be times when you feel like responding to something that is personal in nature, don’t get involved, you will find it will solve nothing.
- “Your job comes first. Unless you are an authorized Social Media Manager, don’t let social media affect your job performance.” Your job performance can be defined as a spokesperson for kids. “GETTING AIRBORNE” is all about being the example. Your job is to be a great role model to the clientele at Airborne Academy. Lead by example. If kids can’t post something, you shouldn’t either, there is no line.
- “If you mess up? Correct it immediately and be clear about what you’ve done to fix it. This action is defined as contacting Tim and setting up an appointment immediately. We all make mistakes, It’s what we do to correct and learn from them that is important. WE ARE WHAT WE TEACH!
